Thank you for your interest in Rossmoor Community Services District facility and park rentals. We offer indoor facilities for meetings and celebrations, outdoor picnic areas for birthday parties and family gatherings, and field rentals for the active and sports-minded. Picnic areas may be reserved by residents only. All are subject to availability and scope of your event. Renters are responsible for all set up and take down requirements. Please factor adequate set up and take down time into your request. Wednesdays are scheduled for mowing lawns which may restrict the use of the parks for some events. Please plan accordingly. Some requests may require General Manager and/or Board approval.
We have three great locations which accommodate a variety of events. Below is a summary of features:
RUSH PARK: Located at 3001 Blume Drive in Rossmoor.
Our most popular location features our largest and most versatile facility, the Rush Park Auditorium. Rush Park is perfect for big events such as wedding receptions, performances and celebrations with amplified sound. The facility may be scaled down upon request. The East Room, available for a separate fee, is often used for classes and meetings. The park has two picnic areas, Canopy Site A and Site B. Canopy Site A is favored as our only covered picnic area, as well as for its generous size and convenient location. Renters and their guests will appreciate the accessible parking at Rush Park.
ROSSMOOR PARK: Located at 3232 Hedwig Road in Rossmoor.
Featuring the Rossmoor Park Community Center, three picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, softball fields and more, this location is brimming with activity. It is also home to a preschool, after school program and summer day camp. Parking is available in the designated parking slots surrounding the perimeter of the property.
MONTECITO CENTER: Located at 12341 Montecito Road in Rossmoor.
Featuring a newly remodeled meeting space with a projection wall and kitchenette, the Montecito Center also includes lovely outdoor patio seating and a convenient parking lot. Perfect for meetings, baby showers and quiet moderate sized gatherings this facility is used as a preschool during the school year.

An application processing fee will be required to be paid at the time the User Permit is submitted and all other required fees, in accordance with Policy 6015, must be paid at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled request or the request is invalid and will be canceled. If the request is canceled you will be refunded any deposits (if applicable), less the applicable service fees. Permit processing fees, cancellation fees and change fees are nonrefundable. At the termination of the User Permit period, all applicable deposits shall be returned to the renters within a reasonable time period (minimum of 14 business days) for processing payment and to determine if all security deposit conditions have been met. The General Manager shall have the discretion to determine if all or only part of a deposit shall be returned based on his/her assessment of the condition of the building or facility at the end of the fixed period of time. Fees and deposits paid within (10) calendar days of the scheduled event must be via credit card or in cash.
