Beyond the Montecito Center’s inviting French doors are two indoor rooms with a kitchenette. The Montecito Center is great for all occasions and is especially popular for baby showers, meetings and quiet celebrations. Eight tables and sixty five chairs ensure ample seating for your event. Located in a residential setting, this very lovely facility is peaceful and secluded. DJs and amplified sound are not permitted. Remember all of our facilities are smoke-free.

The Li'l Cottonwood Preschool is held at the Montecito Center. More information about the preschool can be found under the Programs menu to the left.

The Montecito Center patio area contains plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and the lush green courtyard lends the perfect background to private meetings and gatherings of a moderate size. Guests may enjoy a separate parking lot as well.

REFUND POLICY

An application processing fee will be required to be paid at the time the User Permit is submitted and all other required fees, in accordance with Policy 6015, must be paid at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled request or the request is invalid and will be canceled. If the request is canceled you will be refunded any deposits (if applicable), less the applicable service fees. Permit processing fees, cancellation fees and change fees are nonrefundable. At the termination of the User Permit period, all applicable deposits shall be returned to the renters within a reasonable time period (minimum of 14 business days) for processing payment and to determine if all security deposit conditions have been met. The General Manager shall have the discretion to determine if all or only part of a deposit shall be returned based on his/her assessment of the condition of the building or facility at the end of the fixed period of time. Fees and deposits paid within (10) calendar days of the scheduled event must be via credit card or in cash.
